online return policy: 
Unless specifically 'noted' in the product description, items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of goods. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition. Items purchased with store credit or a gift card will receive store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed towards the credit card used in your transaction. This generally takes one to two business days. Shipping fees, both domestic and international, are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges and encouraged to ship using a trackable service. If there was a mistake on the part of Pod, or if an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. If you wish to make an exchange, please just place a new order online and return your original item/s separately.

Please know that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Pod will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

*Found object, vintage, original art, and antique items cannot be returned.
*Fragrance, soap, and skincare items cannot be returned.

Items purchased 'on sale' in our online shop and brick and mortar shop are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping

Effective March 24th, we will be limiting our shipping days to Tuesdays and Fridays

Locals:  You can choose 'pickup' as a delivery option at checkout. Once your order is received, we will contact you to arrange for a time. 

Pod uses FedEx Express and FedEx Ground service for domestic and international delivery. We generally ship within two business days from the time your order is received. If it is necessary for your package to be signed for, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to shipping.

Please make sure to indicate in the “special instructions” area if you need your package quicker than FedEx Express Saver 3-day delivery (domestic) or FedEx International Economy 4-6-business day delivery. We will invoice you separately for this.

Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Pod is unable to re-route packages.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

note to international customers

It is possible that tax, customs, and import duties may be levied by your local government. All additional taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility. Items are shipped from Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA), with a detailed invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. A telephone contact number must be included in all international orders. Customer's are responsible for all fees associated with the refusal of a package. This can include refusal charges, customs fees, and return shipping fees. 

Ceramics and glassware will not be shipped internationally.

We might use your information to contact you about new products and special promotions.
